First Contact "Chakras are energy centres within the Human Energy Field (HEF) or aura of each person. Through my research I discovered that chakras resonate with certain musical notes thereby generating more energy. Within this instrumental, I played the musical note of the 'heart chakra' together with the note of the 'crown chakra' (top of the head). Close your eyes and feel the music activate within you. First Contact is like a quick energy bar. Listening quietly and without interruption for its 5 minutes can jump start one’s body and mind energy. It’s a short sonic introduction to those new to the concept of meditation."
