Spiritual Chocolate "Studies show that chocolate contains the pleasure producing stimulant PEA, the same chemical produced by the brain when a person is in love. Chocolate is also a brain booster loaded with theobromine, a caffeine-like ingredient. It increases alertness and concentration without the caffeine jitters! Synchronistic events flowed throughout the making of this album. One such event was the vibraphone solo on this instrumental. My pal, Karl, walked into the studio one day to listen to a rough version. He suggested that I put some warm vibes on this tune and proceeded to play an example. It sounded so perfect that I immediately began recording as he played. His performance on the final track is exactly what he played that day. Synchronistic opportunities reveal themselves all the time, the trick is to grab them while you can."
